Job Description: RDSI has an immediate opening for a Inventory Analyst in the Middletown, RI office. Maintain and update inventory database records in accordance with the established procedures while supporting contract objectives regarding quoting, purchasing, inspection, documentation, shipping, and receiving.



Salary commensurate with experience.

November 3, 2017, Database Developer:

Job Description: RDSI has an immediate opening for a Mid – Senior level Database Developer for its location in Middletown, RI starting in December 2017. This role will provide detailed database upgrading and development using Microsoft Access and/or SQL tools. The database developer candidate will develop new tools and databases using Microsoft and SQL and work with senior management to convert existing RDSI business process tools into working databases. Additionally, this employee would work with RDSI technical staff to convert existing data storage files into new database tools and provide consultation to our main customer, the Naval Undersea Warfare Center, on potential application improvements.

November 3, 2017, Program Scheduling Analyst:

Job Description: RDSI has an immediate opening for an entry-mid level Program Scheduling Analyst for its location in Middletown, RI starting in December 2017. This role will provide support to technical staff in developing and maintaining schedules and tools in Microsoft Office applications. The program scheduling analyst candidate will work directly with Program Managers in planning, documenting, and tracking schedules and milestones using Microsoft Office application tools to create, organize, and restructure Microsoft Project schedules. The employee will convert and connect data between Microsoft Office applications such as Microsoft Project, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Visio for rich visual presentations of data, as well as investigate and recommend new tools and processes to manage and update schedule building, tracking, reporting and displaying. Also, the employee will publish into PDF format and maintain version control of schedules for distribution to larger audiences.

September 26, 2017, Antenna/RF Engineer or Technician:

Job Description: Currently seeking Electrical/Electronic Technician or Engineer experienced in impedance measurement and radiation pattern evaluation of various antennas in far- and near-field anechoic chambers.


August 17, 2017, Software Engineer @ McLean, VA and Middletown, RI offices.

Job Description: We are currently seeking software engineers with a minimum of 3 years’ experience to work full time on new and existing software projects.

Candidates should possess:

Bachelor's Degree in one of the following:

Experience in the following is desired:

Familiarity with Electronic Warfare (EW), Electronic Surveillance, Electronic Support (ES), ELINT, and/or COMINT Receivers, Systems, and techniques and familiarity with Radar or RF technologies

Familiarity with modern RF Propagation theories, tools, and basic antenna theory.

US citizenship and a current DoD security clearance is required for this position.

Become a team member of a small, highly regarded technical engineering firm providing hardware/software engineering, systems integration, shipboard installations, configuration management and logistics support to the Department of Defense and commercial customers. Recent experience with Submarine EW, Antennas, Communications and Imaging and Systems a plus.
